DESCRIPTION:
Here it's used as a frame trap, but if you space it properly you can even do it in the neutral game.

Only works on crouching opponents. And from what I tested it works on pretty much the entire cast but spacing is different.

EDIT: Outdated for Ultra. Doesn't work on Ryu anymore. But it still works on Honda though, haven't tested many other characters yet.
