A Lady Gaga tweet that's got critics everywhere buzzing! Hey guys, welcome back to ClevverMusic. Now here's the deal. On Tuesday night, Lady Gaga tweeted the following: "Just killed back to back spin classes. Eating a salad dreaming of a cheeseburger #PopSingersDontEat" - essentially sharing with fans how intense her regimen is to get her body performance ready for her upcoming worldwide Born this Way Ball tour.

For some, the hashtag could have be interpreted as a playful joke, as most non-trending hashtags these days are. However... many others, including the National Eating Disorder Association, found that the tweet was sending the wrong message to Lady Gaga's more than 20-million Twitter followers. In response to Gaga's tweet, The National Eating Disorder Association wrote "Huh? This is the same person who recently implored girls to stop dieting?"
Lady Gaga has been open about her own eating disorder experiences, her struggle with bulimia in high school, and has used her high profile to encourage girls to have a healthy body image.

Oh, Twitter controversy.

Now...This is what I noticed little monsters- she said "eating salad" in the tweet! OBVIOUSLY she's not really NOT eating, right? That's just my observation, but what do you guys think? Was Gaga promoting eating disorders, or.. was Mother Monster just sending a playful hashtag?
