This song means a lot to me. For me, it's not about running after an ex-lover but it's about learning how to love yourself enough to be able to stand up for what you believe in and face the world with courage and strength! As you can see in the video, I went through a drastic weightloss; I basically lost 30kg (65lbs+) in just one year. It was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life and it's even more difficult to keep on losing more weight, gain muscle and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's been tough but now I can finally appreciate that life is a journey; we fall, we hurt, but we always need to get back on our feet and move on. This is what I intend to do, I will never give up on myself and neither should you. :)
