DESCRIPTION:
Mury was the anthem of the Polish trade union Solidarność (Solidarity), which was instrumental in bringing about the fall of communism in Poland in the 1980s.
Ironically, the last couple stanzas were rarely broadcast for being too pessimistic, though they offer a profound and ominous warning on the potential dangers of social movements.
