Link Davis, Sr. wrote and recorded the Cajun classic "Big Mamou" (his biggest hit). He was a veteran musician/singer who started out playing western swing but, throughout his long career from the late 40's until the 60s, he cut records in just about every roots music style from Cajun, blues, rockabilly, folk, and country.

The Smooth Country Band performs every Monday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Wind Horse Theater (353 Plaza Dr, Eustis, FL), admission $7. GREAT country music concerts and large dance floor!
