THIS IS THE MOVEMENT OF MOVEMENTS

Hailing from East Flatbush Brooklyn, MECH is making an impact on the hip hop world that will change its landscape forever. He has taken his love for hip-hop, story telling, women, and fashion to the next level and turned into a lyrical monster. At the age of 20, this young emcee is poised for a promising career.

Growing up in Brooklyn under the influence of legends such as Biggie Smalls, Jay-Z, Big Daddy Kane, and Busta Rhymes, MECH recalls that his earliest memories of wanting to be a rapper came when he was in school writing short stories in class. While studying at New York's High School of Art and Design, MECH honed his lyrical abilities throughout Manhattan, battling all comers and showcasing his skills in places where people outside of Brooklyn could and did take notice of his talent.

In a hip-hop game controlled by the South, where every up and coming rapper claims to be bringing New York back to the top, MECH stands alone because he is an individualist. His 2005 underground mixtape, Street Muzik was 12 tracks of fire in its greatest detail, which exudes his personality, candor, charisma, wit, and boyish charm. The album features tracks like Welcome To The 718, which paints the clearest picture of Brooklyn for any out of towner, G, which is mackin 101 to the ladies, and many more bangers.

MECH is known for his creative punch lines and head knocking beats courtesy of Versatile Productions, the same team behind Jim Jones Only One Way Up from his On My Way to Church album. The team of Versatile and MECH have also created beats for Cam'Ron, The Diplomats, Juelz Santana, and Young Jeezy. This same team collaborated to create Dear Ms. Melyssa for supermodel and BET personality Melyssa Fords DVD.

Always reppin Brooklyn to the fullest, you can catch MECH on any given day on 46 & Church with a pair of fresh Nike Dunks, a fly outfit, and some cool shades to cover his eyes. Even though he is young in age MECH carries himself as a veteran of the game. He is studying the game and constantly recording to perfect his craft. He has faced resistance and criticism, but in the end this lyrical tour de force armed with punch lines, repartee, and truth will be a force to be reckoned with.

I can only write what I live and that's really all I have for you is that real shit. Nothing more nothing less my music has always been a release for me I write what I feel. whatever I'm going through at the time I transform it into hot songs.
