"Remedy is totally a tongue-in-cheek, rollicking, dancefloor killer. Something that's strong and cheeky that captures a little of the magic of Nutbush City Limits.

Making music is a magical thing and one of the greatest things about it is that it's a shared experience and a continual learning process. I am a huge believer in collaborations, you learn so much more working with others than you do just alone. And on this, I was lucky enough to collaborate with the amazing talent of Russell Crowe.

Ah, Russell...all I can say is that he blew us away. He came into the studio totally prepared and he knew his stuff, and that's one of the many, many, reasons why he is where he is today. I sang with Russell some time ago and really enjoyed it, so when we wrote Remedy, we were thinking about all the people that I could sing this duet with, and one morning it came to me, "why not just ask Russell to do the song". He said yes after listening to it, and as they say in the classics, the rest is history."
