DESCRIPTION:
Many of you who have read my article inside issue 1 of the David Bowie Glamour Fanzine have either commented or asked me quite a few questions about my article 'Look Up Here They're In Heaven'. It is true unfortunately. Here i have a very short clip of film i had transferred to DVD. It's an original local news story - no sound I'm afraid. I obtained the film from Mandy's Mum who still lives locally, in fact next door to where she lived with Mandy and Mandy's Dad.
Two weeks after this film was shot, Mandy was killed.
Mandy appears 18 seconds into the film, she is wearing a long black coat and is holding my hand, she then appears in front of the other students posing a bit! Typical Bowie fan! Mandy appears again 1min 05 secs into the film eating a burger (long black hair), following this you can see also her legs (in jeans) and her torso in the background of the fair haired girl eating the burger.
