Brisbane visual artist Mel Baxter and Lucas Arundel (aka 'Arundel') creating the weird-ass sculptures for the "Olive Caves" EP Artwork.

"We wanted to create something other-worldly. The concept of making weird sculptures and textures had been something we played around with a lot - particularly then shooting them up-close with the camera. The 'Olive Cave' concept was already fairly abstract and metaphorical, so we figured we'd create a space that was similar."

"I had this realisation last year that if you want to work hard at something you kind of have to hide away from social activity and from other people for a while. I was reading about these caves in Israel where they would process olive oil. They would build caves under their houses and work hard for long periods of time perfecting their craft."
