DESCRIPTION:
In 1992 or so I was hired by an ad agency, who had heard my soundalikes (coming later to this channel...) to do a radio jingle for Pearl Lite Beer. They said they wanted me to do it in the style of Randy Newman, who had a big hit a few years before with "I Love LA". I told them that they had recorded it in a style that would not work for Randy Newman, so I did it in a way that worked with their track, which was more rock oriented. This played in Texas regional markets at the time for a while. Please raise a glass and toast good beer. I took a video of a Pearl Beer commercial and added my track just to have something to look at....
