DESCRIPTION:
Captured on a ZoomQ3 in my studio. Working on a triplet groove with a 1/4note triplet hihat or ride pattern. The hand (hihat/ride) stays the same while the kick pattern alternates between a shuffle BD pattern and then following along with the 1/4note triplet hand pattern. Creates a cool alternate to a basic triplet shuffle groove.....and a 3over2 polyrhythm to boot.
This kit is probably my most favorite to play and create on currently mainly because of it's simplicity and the tone. I always seem to come up with new stuff on this kit even if it's old/new stuff, lol.......thanks for listening.
