I uploaded this as a guitar track some time ago.It was requested by some friends. A music friend of mine Kevin took that track just recently and added beautiful Irish whistle and slight reverb to great effect I feel, making me sound good :-) Thanks to you Kevin for that. What a wonderful surprise to hear it as I was not expecting it. I was never a fan of the Dion version but love the melody more now as at the time it was played ad nauseum.
Photo credit to the Glen Campbell Documentary makers 'I'll Be Me'. They'll probably pull it down but I hope not. Campbell has been such a huge inspiration to me as a listener of his songs for decades. Now too, as I attempt to pick and sing many of his tunes and others like this come easier thanks to The Boss..Mr Glen Campbell.
