On April 28, 2014, Barbara Blue (Emissary of Memphis Music 2011) took the stage at Hard Rock Cafe - Memphis as part of the Memphis Music Commission's Emissaries Re-Wind, a friend-raising fundraiser for Memphis artist JoJo Jefferies, who lost everything in a housefire.
