DESCRIPTION:
I did a jazzy treatment of the Cody Road song Woman and linked it to the version that was released on "Outside City Limits" CD. After a very basic rhythm section and vocals were recorded I took the unprocessed tracks with dry vocals home and added electric guitar (Hofner "Thin President"), strings, and keys. This version didn't go over so well with the lads. We gave it a different treatment although on our trading solos section Steve echoed a bit of the jazzy but with Steve Stills vibe, heard on my "jazzy" version. I did the "rock" thing. I love the official released version but I am fond of the unreleased jazzy version too! So just for fun I linked 'em together.
