This track started out as a simple folk song and then gradually grew in to the monster it is today after several months of frenzied studio experimentation. This is probably about as left field as I get but it could be more of a sign of things to come.
Basically the song is about the end of this era of debt fuelled over-consumption that the west has embarked on over the past 20 years or so. the footage of the 1906 San fransisco earthquake captures the apocalyptic feel of the track. The guitars are possibly still a bit too loud, but it's almost there.
