DESCRIPTION:
This is a studio reel showing a variety of percussion instruments Jamie Papish (info below) plays and records with on a regular basis. In addition, Jamie plays and records a variety of smaller percussion instruments including shakers, triangle, finger cymbals, karkabas (moroccan castanets), tambourine, wood blocks & chimes.

Jamie Papish is a Los Angeles percussionist specializing in playing world music, such as Middle Eastern, Sacred, Latin/Flamenco, Eastern European, Sephardic, North African and Central Asian. He plays in various world music ensembles and toured the world with the Yuval Ron Ensemble. Jamie has 16 years of experience in playing a wide variety of percussion instruments, and is available to tour with music groups, record for television, film and music CD's, and teach group or one-on-one music classes locally or via Skype.
