DESCRIPTION:
I wrote this based loosely on a true story experienced by one of my best friends while serving with the USMC in Iraq in '03. The correct lyrics for the second bridge are, "Don't understand why it is that I'm still here and you're gone. I'm no longer..." Not sure why I forgot them while singing it. This was recorded at Gospel Lighthouse church in Ridgeland, South Carolina, USA.
