'The Escape Warrior' is the first video off iGadget's upcoming album
'Background For Your Background'. Dropping in Spring

The Cologne-born but Berlin-based producer has been a catalyst of HipHop music since '89.

Over the years he has laid down productions for Das Duale System and the Schützt Die Rille Sample alongside artists like Aphroe,
Grandmaster Flash and Grandwizard Theodore. In addition to being
resident dj and spiritual caretaker of End Of The Weak Germany, he is now laying down final touches on a brand new project: 'The Background For Your Background' album is iGadget's latest project - conceived and created in Berlin in collaboration with friends from all over the globe.

The record features appearances by a variety of artists including usual suspects Flo Mega and Jim Dunloop but also offering guest-spots to young talents like Jolly Jay & H-to-O and Marvin Jam.

The vibe of the album is deep and chilled out, taking you across a variety of audio landscapes full of obscure samples, dubby bass-sounds and organic funk.
