Key elements for success are:
How complete is the siege/ blockade, and how well enforced is the rejection of appeasement. How well are the enemy boxed in and attacked from all sides. Is scorched earth applied correctly, is resupply denied. Is the Al Capone strategy applied effectively.
Is the rollout done correctly with proper timing and does it maintain momentum over time.
Are enemy alliances and unit cohesion effectively targeted
Are enemy assets such as cyber command and 10th Fleet removed from their control and or neutralized
Is the enemy ability to wage war being continually attacked and degraded such that they grow weaker
Are feints avoided such as foreign conflicts, are public health emergencies anticipated and planned for, are natural disasters well managed and mitigated.
Are the enemy allowed a clear line of retreat to safety.
