Midasuno formed in Merthyr Tydfil in late 2000. The band’s debut single ‘The Art of Fear’ was released in 2002 on Cascade, followed a year later by the six-song EP ‘When Bulls Play God’, released through Lockjaw Records. The band toured extensively across the UK, playing alongside Lostprophets, Funeral For A Friend, A Perfect Circle, The Misfits and many others. However, label troubles and line-up changes conspired to prevent the band releasing a follow-up until summer 2006, when the five-song ‘Til Death Do Us Party’ EP (on Sugar Shack Records) saw Midasuno back in the press and back on the road. The full-length debut album, titled ‘Songs in the Key of F**k’, was released in 2007.
