At first glance, you see him in an all Latin crowd and wonder What is this Gringo doing here? But as the show starts and the white boy releases his unique sound and 100% Spanish flow, you begin to see the Gueroloco that Latin music fans across the globe have come to love and support. Multi-talented in so many ways, if his charisma and passion for Latin music doesn't make you say "wow", his style and lyrics will. He is a performer to the fullest meaning of the word, headlining many shows throughout the world. However, his talents don't stop there. He has been a radio personality on 2 different Latin music stations, which allowed him to use his voice and presence for the good of his community. Joining the U.S. Marine Corps at age 17 was the first of many steps, which would lead him to realize his calling. He later trained at their official language school and became fluent in the same language that he was told that he could never learn by his high school teacher, Spanish. His loyalty, talent and desire are just a few of the qualities that push him to take his music to the next level. His current mission is to finish his freshman album titled, "FUERA DE LUGAR" and to prove to himself, his many supporters and to his critics that he will accomplish what some said couldn't be done. The exposure of being featured on the cover of Indie Street Latino Magazine, La Voz Newspaper and on Univision, CBS and Televisa Television accompanied by a strong myspace.com hype and various International shows, have all added to the worldwide attention that Gueroloco has received in recent years. In 2005, his melodic Reggaeton "Hey Tu" was a finalist for the Fanta/Coca-Cola New Artist Search along with three others in the Latin Music category. Gueroloco topped off 2006 with a Chicago Music Award nomination for Best Reggaeton Entertainer and by headlining a multi-city international tour in Mexico. He has recorded on a variety of mixtapes, compilations and featurings. His life experiences are detailed thoroughly via his lyrics. From clubbing and ladies to his ties to the street and his views on immigration reform, nothing goes untouched.
