DESCRIPTION:
The OCS class of Asheboro High School performs projects that will give the students skills that will help them throughout their life.

Joe Edwards has been helping the kids build things and in the process they learn how to use saws, screwdrivers, hammers, etc. Joe was already planning to build a greenhouse with the students. Now, they are going to build a full scale aquaponics system in addition to the greenhouse.

The greenhouse and aquaponics system will both be built from the ground up, from scratch.

Not only will the students take with them the skills to build a greenhouse from scratch, they will also be able to build and operate a commercial aquaponics system.
