Ha partecipato al gruppo EPMD,fu beatmaker per Das EFX, En Vogue, Blackstreet, Keith Murray, LL Cool J, Jay Z, Illegal, Redman. È conosciuto anche come The Green-Eyed Bandit, MC Grand Royal ed E-Double. Insonnia è un HH compilation album pubblicato nel 1996. Erick Sermon Ha prodotto tutti tranne una traccia dell'album e registrato al fine di promuovere gli artisti affiliati con lui, Tommy Gunn (nome di battesimo Thomas Blincoe), un interprete su questo album, è stato ucciso poco prima del rilascio dell'album, e Erick dedicato questo album alla sua memoria nelle note di copertina.
