DESCRIPTION:
This recording captures perhaps the Glassmen's first big splash in the drum corps world as they would come in 5th at DCMidwest. As the end of the Drum Corps World magazine article aptly suggests, "The top 25 may be reachable the season." Yup, we did for the first time in Glassmen history down in Miami weeks later, coming in 24th. A proud accomplishment for sure! (Recorded on a cassette tape boom box, transferred to digital and mastered by Steve Navarre-Mellophone 1982-83.)
