DESCRIPTION:
Garth Stevenson was raised in the mountains of British Columbia by parents that spent all of their free time in the outdoors. Nature became his primary inspiration and the common thread between his life and music. With his double bass strapped to his back he regularly hikes off into remote locations to play. The woods, the ocean, the mountains, the desert and even Antarctica have been home to his music.

Each morning at Wanderlust Garth will lead a 20-minute hike into the woods. Then, he will play 40 minutes of music inspired by the surroundings while participants meditate or simply enjoy the fresh air and morning light.

The "Flying" CD cases are all handmade in the mountains of Nepal using traditional Nepalese Lokta paper. Each case is silk screened by hand and tied shut with brown thread woven through orange beads.
