DESCRIPTION:
Falcor is a dream pop duo from Sweden.

The voices of Povel Olsson and Paul Jerndal blend seamlessly as the duo creates cinematic scenes for your mind.

Their creative paths crossed in 2011 trough their homelands international pop star Robyn. Olsson was drummer in her band for many years and Jerndal produced a nationwide TV Gala where they all collaborated.

Touring the world with Robyn and going coast to coast with The Royal Concept, Olsson´s impressive musical background also includes producing Sweden’s biggest local artist Veronica Maggio whom he shared stage with as well as Molly Sandén, Miriam Bryant and his sister Linnea Olsson.

Film director Jerndal kept his musical background alive playing with Frida Sundemo. He lived in Los Angeles and New York doing films with other Swedes (Icona Pop,Eliphant,Tove Styrke). His film Indigo won 30 International Awards. 2020 a new film starring Frida Gustavsson is released. Paul produced Led Zeppelin´s Polar Music Prize Show and was Executive Producer when Björk, Peter Gabriel and Pink Floyd received the prize.

The duo is now combining skills and builds songs like film scenes with cinematic thoughts behind every chord and mixes 80's & 90's synth tones to capture the vibe and melancholy of emotional lyrics. Ambient guitars with retro sounding drums influenced by M83 & Phoenix as well as films like Blade Runner & Drive.

Falcor is engaged in mental health issues and created the song Alive for a huge campaign about suicide prevention.
