DESCRIPTION:
If the members of Deloro have names that ring familiar it's because the band, as one writer exclaimed, "are a supergroup of sorts". An apt description when you consider that Jennifer Castle recently released her Castlemusic album on Flemish Eye, Dave Clarke and Paul Mortimer are active members of $100, Dallas Wehrle played in the much-loved Constantines, and Tony Romano is an internationally acclaimed visual artist. It's this group whose billing of shows as art installations and the cramming of their favourite makeshift venue, the Clint Roenisch Gallery, prompted the blog Panic Manual to report "i've been looking for a new Toronto band to root for and i think i've found it [sic]".
