Here is an easy way to fix warped vinyl 45 records. Had a box of 45 records - Christmas Songs that became warped from improper storage. Here is how I flattened, repaired these 45's using only the Texas sun and spare floor tiles.

It is important to use the cardboard cut outs to create a flat surface for the records. The tiles are dark colors so they really absorb the rays. Basically it just takes a day in the sun to fix a record.
