DESCRIPTION:
Motion by Fiona Rutherford was commissioned by the Edinburgh International Harp Festival and Drake Music Scotland. It is written for large harp ensemble and includes parts composed for two young musicians with disabilities. It received its world premiere on Tuesday 9th April 2014 at The Edinburgh International Harp Festival. It will be performed again as part of the Edinburgh Fringe on Friday 22nd August at St Andrews & St Georges Church West - George Street Edinburgh.
