A stunning night of classic and contemporary bossa, samba, fusions, originals and improvisations featuring some of Perth's most versatile musicians creating a new 'Ginga'.

Ginga is a Brazilian word that describes the signature element, the malleable bilateral motion and spirit that Brazilians present in everyday life - always keeping in rhythm.

Ginga Brazil Concert repertoire embraced several shades of the Brazilian music spectrum and its resonance upon jazz and other international musical styles. Performing compositions by Antonio Carlos Jobim, Pixinguinha, Chico Buarque, Gilberto Gil, Joao Bosco, Ivan Lins, Djavan, Joyce, Ceu, Lenine and Arlindo Cruz; the concert also brough original tunes composed by Juliana with local and international music partners around the world.
