Special Guqin Presentation by expert Guqin performer Wang Fei and her sister Annie at the California State University, Hayward. Wang Fei and Annie discuss the history and culture behind the guqin (Chinese 7-string zither). In this clip, Wang Fei performs the piece, "Moonlight on the Frontier." Some information about Ms. Wang Fei: Wang Fei is a qin scholar, teacher and performer and founder and director of the North American Guqin Association (NAGA) and council member of the China guqin Committee. She studied the guqin under the distinguished guqin master Professor Li Xiangting, one the most important guqin players of his generation.
