Mad Dukez: "This record reflects some of the things running through my mind when i first awake. The idea came from the beat created by Sovereign ,a local upcoming producer out of Buffalo. Basically, the video takes you on a journey through the song in a foreign country starting in the subway system and ending outside around a town square where I continue my journey alone. The track mentions that I am awaking to the world and discussing how surprised I am to be at this point. Touching on topics such as the party the night before, previous sketchy rude awakenings, and what I plan to do with the new found day. I thoroughly enjoyed writing, recording and performing this song due to it's level of true honesty regarding your view at the beginning of the day. Sometimes you're surprised you made it. Sometimes you are chomping at the bit to get started. Sometimes when you wake you, you just realize you've got to get it. Whatever IT may be."
