Le Festival Jazz des Puces a été créé en 2004 par le violoniste Didier Lockwood et le guitariste Serge Malik.
Festival populaire de partage et de convivialité, il permet le temps d'un grand week-end, de découvrir des têtes d'affiches et de Jeunes Talents aux terrasses des cafés-restaurants du Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen.
