Breton festival 15 Août 2015.
Massed Bagadoù at a festival of Breton music and dancing at St Gildas de Rhuys in the Morbihan area of Brittany.
A Bagad (pl. Bagadoù), is a Breton marching band combining drums, Bombards (or the old word talabards- the players are talabarders) and Breton bagpipes, known as Biniou Kozh.

No recording can do justice to the sound which could wake the dead! Is it any coincidence that for the next two days I had earache in my left ear- I should have taken note of those talabarders and biniaouers who were equipped with earplugs!
