The KHDK is not for the faint hearted or the player unable to control a ton of gain. This pedal starts at 11. Starts. It has a really cool feature set: Gate (thank you god - let me through them!); Low Pass Filter - to darken or brighten any amp; DOOM for, you know, DOOM; and Volume. And Lo and Hi Gain. There's little difference but one's Lo and one's Higher than the other. They are both scary. So the Dark Blood will be the answer to the djenter or even the more classic rocker's prayers. It delivers and then some.

While I'm here, apologies to David and Kirk for the extraordinary wait they've had for my demo. I know there are plenty of better demos out there that probably appeared a year ago, but there's no excuse for lateness (I keep telling myself) and I apologise. Congratulations also for the recent hook-up with Dunlop. That can't hurt.

Rock!
