DESCRIPTION:
I wrote this first as a lullaby for my daughter Alex in 2007. A year or so later, my good friend and talented musician/artist Ed Mount set about turning the song into an illustrated children's book. After Ed and I stepped back from the project for some time, I asked Chris Slone, bassist for my band Compost, to come up with a "fantastical arrangement" for our band that captured all of the wonder of childhood, dreams, and imaginative nighttime adventures. I think he very much did that. Hope you enjoy!
