.…Não somos nenhuns Deuses, nem rock stars, e talvez não fazemos nada de novo (mas quem o faz?), como diz o nosso irmão Edward Van Halen, “forget the rules, if it sounds good, it is good”…, somos sim uma banda que carrega a verdadeira chama, do espírito do HEAVY METAL, perdida e adulterada nestes últimos tempos, é por este motivo, que, juntamos forças, e lutar-mos como guerreiros, para manter esta chama bem viva para sempre….
CRYSTAL DRAGON surgiu em 1998, primeiro como projecto a solo do guitarrista de Paranormal Waltz e Sacred Sin, Pedro Miguel , e com a participação de Pedro Arroja (Drakkar) nas vozes e Tiago Loureiro (Paranormal Waltz) nas teclas, e foi assim que surgiu o 1º trabalho de estúdio intitulado “Mirage”, após a gravação da mesma, este projecto participa em inúmeras compilações e tributos, em 2000 ganha forma como banda, e juntam-se Nuno Gonçalves (Paranormal Waltz e Sacred Sin) -guitarra, Pip Gonçalves - bateria e por fim Viktor Korpse - baixo, entretanto Nelson Cánario (ex Rebellion e Alkateia), e o novo vocalista, substituindo Pedro Arroja, é este o presente line up de Crystal Dragon, que levara a todos vós (esperemos), muita dedicação e boa musica, apreciem……

We carry the true flame, the spirit of Heavy Metal, lost and adultered these days, that's why we joined forces, and will fight as brave warriors, to keep that flame alive and well forever.
CRYSTAL DRAGON started in 98, as a solo project of Pedro Miguel ( Paranormal Waltz, Sacred Sin) with Pedro Arroja (Drakkar) on vocals and Tiago Loureiro (Paranormal Waltz) boards. “Mirage" was recorded and some songs were released in many compilations and tribute cd's.
In 2000, Crystal Dragon turns into a real band, with Nuno Gonçalves (Paranormal waltz, Sacred Sin) – guitar, Filipe Gonçalves - drums and Viktor Korpse – bass, as part of it.
Nelson Cánario is a new vocalist, ex Rebellion and Alkateia.
