Clerville is an instrumental postrock band formed in 2003 and based in Catania, Italy. The band's focus is sound research and experimentation.
Their unique sound is a successful mix of powerful rock with minmial electronica which combine to make very emotional and visual compositions.
Clerville recorded their first album “Nihil admirari” at Nuevarte Studio in 2003 with Carlo Longo and Salvo Dub. This was followed by their Ep “2 Atmosfere e il vuoto” which was recorded at The Cave by Daniele Grasso in 2006.
2010 will see the release of their second album, “Killing polar bears” produced by Seahorse records, which was recorded and engineered at Zen Arcade studio by Marcello Caudullo and Alessandro Falzone and mastered by Sebastiano D'amico at Secret House studio.
