Alright, before everyone freaks out that this isn't the same as the song on Rockband, let me explain.
This is actually Chiasm literally about 15 hours after I wrote it. It went through quite a few changes.
The really short story is: I was at this camp a little over a year ago where you get in a band with a few other campgoers and write a song over the week. At the end you play in front of a concert. We finished our song early, so me and this ridiculous drummer (he makes the RBN Chiasm drum part look easy, seriously) wrote a song in about 2 hours. We had some extra time after the concert so we got to play this as a bonus song of sorts.
Please give me some leeway... I know I did terrible. Horrible. The solo was completely improvised and terrible (hadn't written one yet), and I actually stepped on my guitar cable and it fell out DURING THE SONG. Luckily there was only about 30 people there so I wasn't completely humiliated.
The only reason I'm uploading this is because the main riff is incredibly awesome looking and I'm proud that I can actually play it. Before anybody asks, no I can't play the second solo ridiculousness note for note but I can get it to sound nearly identical. Similar to how I can play Dystopia. And that's all that matters, right?
Anyhoo, yeah, this is super early version of Chiasm, played terribly by me. Enjoy.
