Hey everyone! Man it's so hot here but decided to make a pizza anyways..:) Quick easy pizza, pizza shell, sauce and sprinkled on some Daiya Mozzarella cheese. Now the cheese is not 100% like mozzarella, it has more of a fuller taste like cheese mixed with cream cheese. A little goes a long way. It does melt and stretch but again not like 100% mozzarella. My opinion it is a good option, and if you don't like soy products this is soy free! Thanks for watching!
