This is the first video from my debut album Mutton Chops. I have worked it out so that when I perform live the music sounds like a full rock band but it's just me on stage. I am using a looper pedal synchronized to a drum machine that I programmed but there are NO backing tracks. Everything you hear I played live at some point and some of it gets looped. Then I control when it plays or doesn't play as the song rolls on. This video puts a visual on these loops that I create and then work with to make the song.
I use a double neck instrument where one neck is the bass and the other is a guitar. I play keyboards and I play pedals with my feet that trigger bass notes and samples of synths and sound effects. On top of all that, I sing although this song is an instrumental.
