Since you read this far down into the description, here's a fun fact for you.
If you have the Everywhere extension installed on Chrome (and probably Global Twitch Emotes on Firefox, etc. but I haven't tried that), the emotes don't properly render when editing the description after the first time you type them in, so you are basically blind if you have to go back and edit it.
Basically, I type it in like this:
KappA KeepO KappA (incorrect capitalization to prevent emotes from happening and to help illustrate my point)
When you edit it, though, this is how it shows up in the text editor box:
[1 space] [1 space] [1 space]
So basically, copy your description into a text document from the video page before editing it, as it'll still copy spaces if you try to from the description text box on the editor page. (Of course, the best solution is to type it the description in Notepad or Word and then just copy-paste it in here, but I didn't think of that at the time...)
