Bob Mann has gone through many stages through his music career.from DJ to engineer to producer to songwriter to vocalist. After launching his solo singing and production career in 2006 with the release of Illicit Substance, and exploring the musical scene, Bob has put his focus on his career as a bhangra artist.
Bob Mann will be bringing his unique sound of Canadian bhangra out on his forthcoming album. The fusion of growing up with many influences from around the world. The album will feature lyrics written by Sukha Kang, Bhindi Laltonwala, Amar Jindowalia and others, including himself. The album will be partly self-produced and will also feature some of the industry's premiere producers.
While everyone in the world is looking towards England for new talent, they might easily forget that Canada, mainly Surrey, has produced some of the biggest artists in the industry today. Bob Mann is making sure that doesn't change. He knows that he represents the Canadian born generation and is making it a priority to succeed at being one of the biggest artists to come out of Canada and is musically driven to prove that.
