Alexander Pedals Equilibrium - Video
PUBLISHED:  Feb 04, 2015
DESCRIPTION:
www.alexanderpedals.com The Equilibrium takes us back to a time when cars had fins like rocket ships and guitar amps were simple circuits that sounded pure, awesome — and modulated.Controls:

Rate — Adjusts the rate of modulation from a slow pulse to a rapid flutter.

Depth — Controls the amount of modulation from barely perceptible to seasick.

Shape — Tweaks the waveform from a rounded sine wave to an abrupt square.

Mix — Blends between the dry and the modulated signals.

*Hint: For traditional style tremolo, set the Mix knob fully clockwise.

Mode Toggle:

Tremolo — Traditional tremolo based on the bias circuits from the earliest tube amps. Use the Shape control to morph from a very soft and smooth tremolo to a much harder burp-burp modulation.

Harmonic — Based on the vibrato circuits from the early ‘60s piggyback amplifiers. Blend in the dry signal for a queasy, seasick effect.

Vibrato — True 50s style frequency vibrato, just like Buddy Holly. Try it with a fast speed and 100% wet mix for the widest vibrato effect.
Power Supply:

The Equilibrium requires a 9V DC power supply with a 2.1mm pin, center negative. The Equilibrium is not designed to be powered on supplies higher than 9V and does not use a battery. The Equilibrium should work fine on a multi-pedal "daisy chain" connector, but if you encounter excessive noise or hum try a separate power supply. The Equilibrium requires approx. 60mA.
