Hopefully, we all try our best to be as mindful as we can, but sometimes, the decisions we make, or the things that we're drawn to, are based on the things we experienced as we grew up. This is especially true in our diets. Like it says in the opening line, "Poison, toxicity, but it's part of me grown up history." Enjoy. Full lyrics below.

Followed up by fries and a burger with cheese.
Ma can we please stop for ice cream,
Strawberry dipped in chocolate sprinkilies.
Me need sour, sweet, and chewy candies,
Chips and peanuts, something salty.
You know it's not the 4th of July
without a slice of apple pie,
And fluffy whip cream.
Heed to the words whe me utter,
Me can't eat the celery without the peanut butter,
And if that thing nah come with nah prize in the box
Say me dash it down weh out inna de gutter...

This is how me come up and me end up pretty well,
But my family's increasing, see me Empress belly swell.

Clean up what you eat and what you put inna yah body.
Leggo of the meat and focus more on what you're growing.

Carrot and the okra, cucumber, green bean,
