Hello everyone.. my name is Annette Philip. I'm an Indian vocalist/composer-arranger. Since I was a child, I had always dreamed of creating with Bobby McFerrin. Finally got the opportunity in Sept 2010, when I was attending a Berklee College of Music Opening Day event in Boston.

It was just one week after I had surgery on my left knee for a torn ACL after a rock-climbing accident, so I was afraid I couldn't stand up quickly to get to the stage. Thankful for my dear friend, Ali Rapetti who called out to Bobby for me.

Will never forget that morning. Sitting with my operated leg up on a chair, creating music with the one and only Bobby McFerrin. He really is pure love and positive healing energy. I was so filled with joy and peace after singing together... or 'playing' as he called it. So grateful that you share your precious gifts with us, Bobby. What a blessing...
