Inspired by her father's diagnosis of Alzheimers in 2010, Alison recorded a private collection of hymns, as a gift to her father. Whilst raised in the church, Alison has had a colourful career, but realised, during the making of her father's gift, that this music, more than any, fuelled her, and touched her. She knew that this was what she was placed on this earth to do.
When people ask Alison what kind of artist she wants to be, she finds it difficult to answer. "Hope is universal. I want to inspire people and fill their hearts with music that gives them hope. I've no desire to be a pop artist. I just want to record incredible songs, and surround myself with accomplished & talented musicians and find a producer and record label who'll assist her in honouring this genre of music".
