Two-Way Attenuation Pads & Two Way HP Filter to enable end-user to tailor the dynamic behavior of the microphone and create new textures, with rarely the need for outboard processors or even EQ. The ADK Frankfurt 49-T-FET was used with the Earthworks 1022 mic preamp, for it's extreme neutrality and fast transient response, along with the Lavry Blue 4496 A/D converter for it's neutrality and detail. All audio was recorded at 24bit/48k, into Samplitude Pro X, for it's cleanliness and open dynamic engine. The audio is untouched. No EQ, Compression, or other effects. All audio is at a real world levels, so you may need to adjust your monitors during viewing. This signal chain provides the best set up for allowing you to hear the mic, itself.
