Russian power thrash heavy metal band Distant Sun released their sophomore full-length album Into the Nebula on November 18, 2016 via Metalism Records.

Following 2015 debut Dark Matter, the new album features a lethal combination of traditional European metal and American-style aggression. The lyrics based on the famous sci-fi and fantasy sagas of Frank Herbert’s "Dune" and George R. R. Martin’s "A Game of Thrones," as well as "Dungeons & Dragons" and "Magic: The Gathering" tabletop games. Into the Nebula is sure to appeal to fans of Megadeth, Annihilator, Iced Earth, Iron Savior, Gamma Ray, Rage, and Blind Guardian.
