DESCRIPTION:
On the first of two gorgeous summer days at the MusicFest at Blue Bear Mountain, Tim's band played another classic from his Bang Bang album. That's Matt Flinner on mandolin, Tim May on guitar, Barbara Lamb on fiddle, Adam Chaffins on acoustic bass and Tim Carter on banjo. Later in the set, Tim's brother Danny joined for a few songs. If there is a second annual Music Fest at this venue, it is definitely a must-see event! A group of fans of the Carter Brothers camped on the grounds and had a terrific time including an unexpected jam session on Friday night with key members of George Harper's band along with Tim, Adam and vocalist/fiddle player extraordinaire Tanya Dennis.
